Satellite image courtesy of DOST-PAGASA MANILA - A low pressure area (LPA) located east of Luzon may still develop into a tropical cyclone in the next 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday. In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the weather bureau said the LPA was spotted 755 kilometers east of Aparri, Cagayan.
