Four days until we get to buy the new Rise Against record Nowhere Generation! The band formed in Chicago in 1999 and have been crushing bad ass music ever since. Mayor Lori Lightfoot is calling June 4th Rise Against Day in Chicago as they drop their 9th record.
Rise Against will host an in-store at Reckless Records at 5pm in Wicker Park, be one of the first 50 fans to get in and you re in the running to check out an acoustic set from Tim. After the performance the band will will sign copies of the new record.

The fact that this woman hauled ass out of the house to push a big ass bear off of a fence makes her a superstar! Never mind that she has 1000 dogs that were taunting the bear, she was protecting her family!

Saturday night was family night in our house this weekend. We wanted to do something a little different so we got art supplies and smores supplies and the plan was for an art competition with some smores for dessert. We just typed Bob Ross into YouTube, picked one we thought was pretty and not super hard and off we went. It was like a 25 minute video but due to our pausing and smore making the whole thing took us like 4 hours. But we had a great time and then the next day when we had family over for a BBQ we made them vote for their favorite. Which one do you think came out best?????
