May 27 meeting KEY ACTION A motion was passed to allow Tuscarawas Branch Library’s Supervisor Tabitha Johnson to apply for a grant for the installation of a fence in the rear of the building. DISCUSSION Johnson explained that it would keep people off of the property when there are children’s activities held outside.
