The Justice Department announced August 31 that Japan-based Tadano Ltd. will pay a $40 million civil penalty to resolve claims of Clean Air Act violations.
Dean Barley will succeed Ingo Schiller as president/COO of Tadano America Corp. for the Pan-American Region, effective January 1, 2022. Shinichi Iimura will become chairman and CEO.
“I am truly honored to have the opportunity to follow Ingo in this role,” Barley said in a prepared statement. “He has been instrumental in developing Tadano America to the great company it is today and the Pan-America Region into the success that we are now enjoying.”
