The Harris Campaign sent out this Factcheck Email claiming it was a lie that Kamala Harris backs Ev Mandates. However, here is his own record suggests otherwise. In 2019 she cosponsored a Senate Bill that would indeed require all new Car Sales to be evs or zero emission cars by 2040. Thats what a mandate is called.
