21年來涉8起含性侵女藝人外傭等案闖空門大盜涂明朗起訴 - 社會

台北市大安區今年5月發生一起520萬元的重大住宅竊案，警方抓到60歲竊嫌涂明朗，深入追查才發現他在過去21年來至少犯下8件侵入住宅性侵案，甚至還曾侵入女藝人住處性侵外傭得逞，卻長年逍遙法外不曾被逮；台北地檢署今依加重強制性交等罪將在押的涂男起訴；其所涉竊案仍偵辦中。檢警調查，涂男作案的高峰期約在1998年至2014年，地點主要在台北市中山、大安與萬華等區，從窄巷爬窗或水管侵入公寓低樓層，持刀搜刮財物，若屋內有女性獨自在家，即由偷轉性侵，且從不戴保險套。

台北市大安區今年5月發生一起520萬元的重大住宅竊案，警方抓到60歲竊嫌涂明朗，檢警追查後發現，涂明朗從2000年起，光是在台北地區就涉嫌11起侵入住宅竊案，其中有8名女性因為剛好在家而慘遭性侵，被害人包括1名女藝人的外傭，台北地檢署今（15日）依加重強制性交等罪將在押的涂男起訴；竊盜案仍在偵辦中。
