張上淳說明，此次本土疫情死亡675位病患，男性430位女性245位，平均年紀73歲，60歲以上就占605位，個案數在確診病例最高時，死亡率也同樣在高點，隨著確診病患減少，加上對重症患者治療越來越好，都降低死亡率。
