Papa Murphyâs, the largest take-and-bake pizza brand in the United States, opened its first store in Sudbury at 499 Notre Dame Ave.
The store opened on Jan. 15.

With more than 1,500 locations, Papa Murphyâs has been widely acknowledged for its fresh, high-quality, convenient fare, and has experienced consistent growth over its 40-year history.
Muhammad Afzal, the local franchisee of the Sudbury store, said he is excited to bring Papa Murphyâs to his community. Â
Customers choose their own fresh ingredients to top their scratch-made dough, and are also able to fill their homes with the fresh-baked aroma of pizza, cinnamon wheels, cheesy bread or chocolate chip cookies.
