Animals run freely. When police described when they entered back in april was far from free. 54yearold dawn and 51yearold donna were arrested tuesday by clark county officers for animal abuse. After responding to reports of animal cruelty at a Residence Police say they found over 400 animals trapped in unsanitary conditions last april.
