LARKSVILLE â Inside Tammyâs Kitchen in Larksville, owner Tammy Stochla is ready to begin offering indoor dining again Monday at 50% capacity following another shutdown.
Stochla, 54, a married mother of five who opened the restaurant at 600 E. Main St. nearly three years ago, said she purchased paper menus, paper plates and plastic silverware.
Plastic curtains were placed between tables. Hand sanitizer is available for customers and they are asked to wear masks until they sit down to eat to comply with COVID-19 guidelines.
While she is surviving, Stochla said her restaurant has been struggling throughout the pandemic.
She was one of the restaurant owners who was part of a court brief Wilkes-Barre Attorney Bill Vinsko recently filed to support a legal battle to overturn Gov. Tom Wolfâs recent ban on indoor dining for the last three weeks.
