FORT WORTH, Texas President Joe Biden ordered a ban on oil and gas imports from Russia on Tuesday to step up pressure over the Ukraine war, before heading to Fort Worth to meet with veterans and promote health care for those exposed to toxic fumes during overseas deployments.
