One of the challenges we found is that survivors who go through their college and go through Law Enforcement also are doubly traumatized and victimized. If the law will if the local Law Enforcement does not have specific person or group of people who are properly trained on how to conduct an interview and how to collect the forensic evidence, it can be doubly traumatizing. I think its called through codis. Isnt there a way that we can fund a process where local Law Enforcement can be trained, and then the kits can be uploaded to codis and be certified so that we can, one address the backlog, two, be more efficient, so that arrestees and victims can have their day in court . We announced yesterday, what we talked about a little bit last week and that is federal surge sites. We opened these in three communities. There was a list of communities identified by dr. Birx and her team that had certain characteristics of their infection trend but also met certain characteristics of numerical numbers in isolation that surge testing might have an impact over a short period of time. So our goal in those communities is to do at least 5,000 tests per day and those are in baton rouge, jacksonville, and mccowan in texas. Again, this is a partnership with the state and local governments to make that happen. Theyre up and running with testing in all three sites. Baton rouge started yesterday, the other two sites start today. And we also have almost 6,500 appointments already made this morning so thats going very, very well. The last thing i want to talk about is phoenix

Ive been arguing for this for years. Heres what i wrote in my book more human. The Government School monopoly required standardization and a factory approach. We need a completely open, local marketplace for school, teachers, entrepreneurs, groups of parents must be permitted to set up schools free of bureaucratic restrictions and hassle. Today is becoming a reality. All because the Teacher Union and the democrats and the bureaucrats have overplayed their hand. As i put it in a tweet, after last sundays show, the Government School monopoly is dying. Suicide, thanks to Teacher Union, School Boards refusing to give parents what they want.
