Apr. 22 RICHLAND, Wa. A Pasco man who was the leader of an Eastern Washington cell for an international drug trafficking and organized crime syndicate is headed to federal prison.
The case involved one of the single largest drug seizures in Eastern Washington and one of the largest Fentanyl pill seizures at the time, said investigators.
Reynaldo Perez Munoz, 41, was sentenced to 26 years after previously pleading guilty to distributing pure methamphetamine, cocaine and heroin, as well as money laundering and possessing fentanyl with intent to distribute it.
