Assumed he wouldnt lie especially on not television i say that without fear of contradiction it was proven commissioner andrews has shown a on several occasions to ask questions that really need to be asked i would have been controvertible with commissioner keane because hes a great advocate for from the expression and First Amendment rights ive yet to see that take real effect but again commissioner andrews i think will serve as vice chair very effectively and i at least have some hope that he ...

Hello im Christian Fraser in london, Laura Trevelyan is in washington. More than 1 million americans have been infected with covid 19 in the last week. The pandemic is out of control, the Trump Administration appears to have given up trying to control it, and there is a severe risk in the coming weeks that hospitals across the United States will be overwhelmed by the numbers. And yet today wall street was buoyant. The Financial Markets soared. And thats because we had news of another stunning br...

Includes it in the body. The library in the bod y the Police Commission in the bod y the Arts Commission and mr. Renne at the last hearing we had in february said specifically i think that all city bodies should. Yes. And i think that we are in agreement on that. But you now just said that the Library Commission is doing it. So then what is the problem . Because it is arbitrary, my political free speech cannot be what bureau crat decides, and i will not go before the body that i work for and hav...

This is the difference between the march 7th referal from the Sunshine Task force, am i right that march and not the previous april is a controlling one and then our own memo putting it in front of us, and maybe, maybe that is just informal guidance and we change and we can go back and make a motion that says, we do or do not find miss patterson responsible for whatever of the three things that we think that she might be responsible for. And i say that because she has stepped up to one of them. ...

Had plenty to say on this issue. Are you afraid of what i have to say . Hardly. You make it a joke, mr. Hur. You sit there and you smile and you laugh, and you make derog torrey comments because you have the power. You are a bully. I think that the only person that is making derog torrey comments in this chamber is you. I asked to respond to this comment. And i was told that mr. Hartz has had a lot of time. You have a lot of time, more than the normally allotted time. So we are opening this up t...

I did mention somewhere but i think that i was rushing through it. Okay, it says now, you are not required to complete this card in order to make a Public Comment and you may speak anonymously if you wish and it does not have a line to addresses. So it is the main subject matter if you choose to. Yes. Exactly. Okay. I am sorry, i d...

The law means and not the City Attorney and for some strange reason you want to take the City Attorneys right to interpret it as he sees fits and override the task force that has a legal right to decide. I would say that they both have a legal right. Where does it say in the law that the City Attorney has the right to interpret the sunshine ordinance . Show me in the ordinance . Because he is the attorney. Where in the ordinance does it say that. It specifically says that the task force has the ...

Miss patterson was instructed to do something by someone at the Arts Commission, that if she acted in her capacity as whatever her employment was, she acted in it and it is really the. I think that it is not the figment of the Arts Commission. It is the employee who had the responsibility and who reacted in a certain way. I think that i largely agree with that. Except that i would be a little bit more general. I think that if you sent, the commission has the freedom in my mind to send a represen...
