Standpoint when slavery ended with the 13th amendment and soon after the chinese communities were excluded from entering the countries due to the chinese exclusion act of 1882. In rent history the black community was red lined to the out skirts of the city. Japanese americans were sent to internment camps. They have been targeted and most recently the newly latin students. The trauma continues to exist in our communities today. This is not the america we envisioned but this can be the San Francisco that we need to correct the wrongs of history. Im here with the business and Consumer Service and Housing Agency to give you an update on the states effort around testing our renewed Testing Task Force with two new cochairs and our focus on some exciting news around new testing guidelines and an effort to make sure that were doing all we can in the state so the tool of testing is one we continue to rely on. How the spread will continue to move in our communities and we began doing that care within our hospitals and clinical delivery system. Then moving into phase two where the governor wanted to increase our testing capacity. We went from 2,000 tests a day to the early parts of april and late march to identifying the Testing Task Force as a key solution about galvanizing our testing and tocus on supply chain issues and organizing our Testing Systems across the state to identify our instruments and i haves and we all know that
