Contact with the woman and spoke with her and get a kind of story or rapport with the woman, and the woman told her life story. Why she was on the roof and why she was going to jump. I want to emphasize that then officer mcmahon was able to establish and maintain a rapport with her and the issues and homeless and wanted to end her life as others looked on at the christa hotel. Throughout the conversation the woman told the officer that she didnt want to live anymore. And wanted to jump. And assessing that situation, then officer mcmahon now Sergeant Mcmahon realized this would not go well, and edged closer to the woman. On this narrow fire escape on a building that was built in 1926. During that course of that conversation, the woman began to edge to the very end of the fire escape and suddenly jumped. Officer mcmahon with both arms grabbed her around the upper torso and helderhelder held suspended over the sidewalk on tenderloin. And he kept holding on to her as officer dags and Serge

We have a box over 100 years old that dates back to the turn of the century. And inspector monroe is demoted back to officer and hes the mayor, we will fix that. Bred in the San Francisco Police Department. I am proud to say that almost every almost every interaction i have had with a San Francisco Police Officer is one filled with Mutual Respect and dignity. Now the one that gave me the speeding ticket the other day maybe i was less respectful than he was. But in any case, i will say that this is a department where respect, hard work and an earnest desire to serve starts from the top. And it goes down throughout a department. When you listen today, you will hear stories of fabulous individuals. And you will say, wow, what is that San Francisco department doing . Its not just them, look to yourselves because those values began with all of you. Family and friends and those who love our officers. And thank you for being here today. Have adjusted my directors report to reflect, our action item and serve, the report each month, on goals that have so i just wanted to let you know that the quarter two, for 2013, or the First Quarter two of 2013 for the dashboard and we will have complete this week and you will be getting a copy of that. We are working with ken stram of two Bridge Communications to design some surveys for us. Two of the surveys are to reach out to the departments, and now, that we are we have been in the Assistance Center has been in existence, we want to do an analysis on the effectness of the department of our department, the center as it relates to the departments to see, are we, or are the clients that we serve, more informed when we come to engage, are we hoping to make their jobs any easier . And things of that sort and get any feedback in terms of things that they would like to see us improve on as well. And the same thing for with our Economic Development organization and then to do a comprehe
Office retail and the restaurant sectors we will be having those created in spanish and chinese and those are currently in the process at the moment and so we are hoping to complete them shortly and as wells the second thing that we are working on further is the businesses work very hard to receive this recognition and to achieve, the high Environmental Standards of the program and so we created a video to help the businesses market their green recognition to the clients and customers, so they understand what to do with the green recognition once they have received it. And, to conclude, the San Francisco Green Business program does offer many benefits to businesses in San Francisco. We as a program do strive to help the businesses go green and take advantage of the many free resources, services, audits and rebates offered by the city here.
