State troopers rolled into the gravel parking lot of JAS Provisioning in Bay County with a search warrant in hand on Jan. 14. The place was brimming with cash and unlicensed marijuana products.
Police seized $83,288 from a box next to the safe, $1,492 from inside the safe, $6,164 from a truck, $2,029 from inside another vehicle’s console and a purse, according to search and seizure records MLive obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request. They also removed at least 70 pounds of marijuana flower, 544 vaping cartridges, 200 edible gummies, 488 marijuana wax extract products and countless other marijuana items listed on six pages of “evidence tabulation sheets.”
