ASTANA. Sept 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has ordered that an effective mechanism for combating tax evasion should be provided for in the new Tax Code, the presidential press service said in a press release on Tuesday.
