They have dont math, they cant afford it. they have got a kid in college, kids in private school. whatever it is. put food on the table. now they will have to pay this penalty and the i.r.s. will take it out of their income tax returns. the question is whether that does have a drag on the economy as the president is predicting in arguing for his middle class tax cuts. hes saying $2,200 a year creates a drag on the economy. >> i think it will create some. the $2,000 tax doesnt phase in until 2016...
