Dialogue is good for the city. more troubles for the irs. a new report by a government watchdog reveals that the agency handed out $2.8 million in bonuses to employees with disciplinary issues, including $1 million to employees who didnt pay their federal taxes. employees with tax problems also received permanent raises and thousands of hours of extra paid vacation. the irs said it has instituted policy to awarding bonuses to executives. time now for the "news nation" gut check. student loan...
