Global capability centres go on hiring spree, set to outshine IT companies

Global capability centres (GCCs) of multinational companies are set to hire more employees this year in India. Workspace and HR solutions platform ANSR predicts an incremental addition of 4-5 lakh staff members by FY 2023-24. Nasscom estimates that there are already over 1.6 million people employed by the 1,580 GCC tech centres in India.
