Earlier this month, team Gaalipata 2 led by director Yogaraj Bhat and the cast, including Ganesh, Diganth Manchale, Pawan Kumar, Sharmiela Mandre, Samyuktha Menon and Vaibhavi Shandilya, were in Kazakhstan for a schedule of the film. While the actors, especially Ganesh, frequently shared glimpses from the snow-clad location, the experience of shooting there, he says, will stay with him forever.
“It was a fantastic schedule. The team was great and managed to get all that was planned for the schedule done. For instance, we wanted to shoot on a frozen lake and we did. Of course, shooting was not easy. It was hard work, because we shot in places where the temperature ranged from -7 to -24 degrees Celsius. The warmest temperature that we shot in was 8 degrees, when we shot in the city. It was hard to perform in front of the camera, as we had to remain in our costumes, but we pulled it off,” he says.

Team Gaalipata 2 has set foot on the frozen locales of Kazakhtan and despite the icy chills the actors are having quite a cool time at the location. Earlier today, Golden Star Ganesh was seen sharing video from the location and taking a dig at co-star Diganth Manchale calling him
doodh pedha and waking him up from his nap. Diganth was also seen sharing a picture of him enjoying the scenery around him.
The cool video did strike a chord with fans and many were seen commenting at the video posts. Meanwhile, the film which has already completed 50 per cent of the shoot, stars Ganesh, Diganth and Pawan Kumar in the lead roles. There are four leading ladies in the film - Vaibhavi Shandilya, Sharmiela Mandre, Samyuktha Menon and Nishvika Naidu. The idea of friendship always entices young viewers. The theme of friendship in a film works because people connect with it. Even today, I hear many citing Gaalipata as their favourite. So, we ve tried to keep the friendship
