Samsung has already announced a Galaxy Unpacked event for February, titled UNPACKED 2022. While the company has kept quiet on when the event will occur, its dedicated website has revealed the events date and start time. Next months Galaxy Unpacked event will showcase the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 series; availability for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra has leaked too.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 has yet again been put through a Genshin Impact gaming test, this time versus the Apple 15 Bionic on the iPhone 13 Pro Max. The results? Well, not particularly impressive, especially in terms of power consumption.

A new leak has revealed details about yet more Garmin smartwatches. Reputedly, the Instinct 2 and the Instinct 2S will be more expensive than their predecessors, but they will receive a superior SpO2 sensor, plus an NFC chip and the ability to calculate VO₂ max levels.

Some Apple iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro devices are suffering from pink colour overlay issues. The problem renders devices unusable, but Apple does not have a simple resolution yet. However, it does not believe that hardware issues are the cause.

Hasee has released new variants of its ZX9 gaming laptop with a rather strange CPU and GPU combination. For some reason, one variant, the ZX9-DA3DA, features an Intel Celeron desktop processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 laptop GPU. The presence of an LGA 1700 socket provides some added upgradability that most laptops lack, though.

Rumour has it that Samsung has finalised prices for the Galaxy S22 series in Europe. While the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ will be as expensive as their predecessors, the Galaxy S22 Ultra will start at €50 cheaper than the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Only Samsungs premier smartphone will launch with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, in Europe at least.
