MediaTek has two chipsets in the works—a 4nm Dimensity 9000 and a 5 nm Dimensity 7000. Both chipsets will make their way to upcoming Xiaomi devices, with the Poco F4 GT expected to be equipped with the flagship Dimensity 9000.
