ASUS has started selling the VivoWatch 5 Aero, a fitness tracker that debuted in September at IFA 2022. While the devices core feature set remains, it seems that ASUS has reverted to a clunkier design, eschewing the slim look of the original VivoWatch 5 Aero.

Xiaomi has outlined the release date for the Redmi Note 12 series in India. Arriving after Christmas, the Redmi Note 12 series will top out at the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus in India, which will feature a 200 MP primary camera, among other features.

The Xiaomi 13 has arrived, launching alongside the Xiaomi 13 Pro. Offered with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and a triple rear-facing camera array, the Xiaomi 13 also has a 4,500 mAh battery, a dedicated telephoto camera and IP68 certification, among other features.

Xiaomi originally scheduled its product launch event for December 1. Those plans were scrapped due to events in China, but the company has now confirmed a new date for that event—December 11—during which the Xiaomi 13 series and other devices will be unveiled.

Google has released another Feature Drop for Pixel devices. Arriving in time for the holidays, the December 2022 Feature Drop adds new features for the Pixel 4a through Pixel 7 Pro, as well as the Pixel Watch. New features include complimentary Google VPN access for the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, among others.

According to new reports, AMD is planning to release 8, 12 and 16-core Ryzen 7000X3D processors next month, all with 170 W TDPs. Sporting similar clock speeds as their regular Ryzen 7000 series counterparts, the Ryzen 7000X3D series will offer up to 192 MB of L3 3D V-cache in the Ryzen 9 7900X3D and Ryzen 9 7950X3D.

With CES 2023 around the corner, it seems AMD is preparing to release another APU stack based on older designs. Based on new leaks, some members of the Ryzen 7000U series could combine Zen 3 CPU cores with AMDs old Vega iGPU architecture.

Xiaomi continues to tease the Watch S2 on social media. Now arriving sometime in December, the Watch S2 will be available in multiple styles, two sizes and with a design reminiscent of the Watch S1. The Watch S2 will contain a few tricks though, one of which is already available in the Samsung Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch5 series.

The changelog for MIUI 14 has surfaced online ahead of the software’s official introduction alongside the Xiaomi 13 series. Offered up with numerous changes from MIUI 13, MIUI 14 will integrate Android 13’s new features, as well as a few Xiaomi flourishes.

Xiaomi has now officially announced the postponement of the launch event of its imminent flagships, the Xiaomi 13 series. The phones were originally scheduled to debut tomorrow, December 1, but those plans have been temporarily shelved, likely in honor of former Chinese president Jiang Zemin who passed this morning.
