OTELCO announces new hires in Maine and Alabama
OTELCO is pleased to welcome several new employees in its Maine and Alabama markets.
Three new Technical Support Technicians have been hired in the Bangor, ME office:
Dwayne Fournier worked previously as a Technical Support Representative for Cox Communications and a Technical Support Coordinator for Verizon Wireless. He attended Gibbs College in Rhode Island and attained his PC Networking and Support Certificate as well as CompTIA A+ Certification. Fournier is a resident of Brewer, ME.
Paul Holyoke spent five years in Tech Support and Customer Training prior to joining OTELCO. Holyoke has a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science and also lives in Brewer.
Natoli Engineering Appoints Jeff Varner As Technical Support Representative For Encapsulation Parts And Service
Natoli Engineering has hired Jeff Varner as Technical Support Representative for their Carlisle Encapsulation division. As a specialist in the encapsulation industry Mr. Varner will provide customers with expertise in encapsulation machine health checks, repairs, rebuilds, troubleshooting, annual calibrations, as well as onsite change kit installations, operator training and machine set ups.
Mr. Varner was born and raised in Morgantown, West Virginia where he currently resides. In 1990, Varner enlisted in the US Air Force where his training and career focused on Aerospace propulsion, turboprop fuel, and cryogenics. He was stationed in New York and then Charleston until 1996. He also worked for a machine shop during his time in the US Air Force.
