It happened just after 10 00 when a car crashed into a wall on westbound i80 at the fifth street offramp. Three people were in the car. One was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead. The extent of the injuries of the other two are not no one. Offramp was closed for about an hour while crews worked to clear the scene. No word yet on what caused the crash.
