Lows fausting with a relief after more than 1hundred points lost in just two days. Investors are getting back into this market and theyre bargain hunting because the bottom line, yes, there is fear about the coronavirus but no one really knows what is going to happen. Weve seen a page from this kind of playbook before. Markets do tend to claw their way back. When ebola was a threat of july 2014 to march of 2016, there was a lot of volatility but the dow only lost half a percent overall. For sars, november 2002 to july 2003 the dow gained. From september 2001 to october october 2002 the dow lost a little more than 17 . You look at history, get a sense how investors reacted to all kind of different events, ebola, sars cases, they say that they tend to be blips, not events that define the market. Major corona headlines breaking today, the cdc confirming 14 cases of coronavirus and a u. S. Soldier in south korea testing positive as well. That is not to say this isnt something to worry abou

Easy morning. Lets start with a live look at our bridges. Starting with the san mateo bridges morning. Everything looks pretty darn good. In fact a little bit later than usual. Not sure why, but i guess everyone decides theyre going to work from home on tuesday. In the meantime you have some company but never in a break like that all. In the eastbound direction everything seems to be moving right along. Not a single problem there. Onto the bay bridge for the metering lights are not yet on. They should be on here in the next 20 minutes or so. In the meantime we are starting to see added volume at the toll plaza and certainly those cash lanes are backed up but also the fasttrack lanes are a little bit slow as well. Went to through the toll plaza you are back up to a regular running speed and smooth sailing into the city. Off to the Richmond San Rafael bridge, we do have emergency construction in place and you can see chp on the scene as well as several flashing lights. That is going to s
Your main travel times period went to get you out the door so you know exactly how much time you need. The good news is none of these travel times are in the red thats pretty unusual for this 6 00 hour. Including of course Altamont Pass which is usually pretty slow at least at the 20 minute by now. Only a 36 minute ride for the asthma pastor the i will let you know in the westbound direction at port chicago there is an accident it has been moved to the soldier that you might be slowing down as you are headed to the pittsburg antioch area towards the east shore freeway. Not surprising that the southbay commute looks pretty darn good as you head out of san jose on 101. The san mateo bridge is starting to get busier but still light compared to yesterday. This is for whatever reason an easier commute in the westbound direction. Metering lights are on at the bay bridge and have been for about 30 minutes. You can see they are starting to stack up the on the 880 flyover and it is slow going o
In that was bound direction. It is beginning to get heavier on your other main travel times but still in the green which is good news. 15 minutes on the east shore freeway and half an hour to get there from highway 4 and easy breezy coming out of the south bay this morning. They have just cleared lane closures at the Richmond San Rafael bridge in the west bound direction due to the emergency construction. However there will be on and off closures of the shoulder both in the eastbound and westbound directions. This will start to stack up in a couple hours to the morning commute for right now it looks good. Still looks pretty good at the san mateo bridge and that was bound direction. There arent a lot of brake lights and that was bound direction. Eastbound everybody seems to be moving along at a regular rate of speed. And the bay bridge this morning metering lights are not on and is starting to get back up. Developing in Santa Clara County a work shooting at a car dealership. It leaves t
