Hopkinton hosts restaurant week May 14-23
Hopkinton cooks up first restaurant week through May 23
HOPKINTON – Hopkinton is hosting its first restaurant week.
“I love it,” Start Line Brewing Company owner Ted Twinney said. “I’m delighted that our chamber (of commerce) is creating an event that really supports our town, our restaurants …. It’s really what a chamber should be doing.”
Restaurant weeks, popular in cities like Boston, Worcester and Providence, Rhode Island, are limited-time promotions where restaurants offer special, often discounted, menus. They are usually held for one or two weeks in late winter or early spring, often feature fine dining establishments, and limit customers to a predetermined menu.
