The Optimist Clubs of Wallacetown and West Lorne have partnered with the West Elgin Community Health Centre to promote self-expression in youth and to “beautify” the community through murals in local locations.
From now until June 30, youth between 12 and 18 can make artwork in either digital or physical formats to be submitted to the Health Centre.
