Governor has daily focus on COVID-19
The group works to address the COVID-19 health, economic and supply crises across the state. Members meet with Gov. Lee five to six days a week for roughly 60-90 minutes a day providing him with vital information concerning the virus.
“Talking about COVID is how he starts his morning every workday,” said retired Brig. Gen. Scott Brower, chief of staff for the Governor’s Unified Command Group.
