Teresa Ann ‘Terry’ Dugger HAMPTON — Teresa Ann “Terry” Dugger, 57, was a very special person. She went to be with our Lord Monday, Dec. 21, 2020. Terry was born April 15, 1963, at Fort Belvoir. She lived in several places in Virginia, where she attended special education classes. Finally, she lived in Hampton, and worked at The Arc of the Virginia Peninsula for several years.
