A Frankfort man has been indicted in Ross County after leading a State Highway Patrol Trooper on a vehicle chase through Ross and Pike counties.
Terry S. Ross, 35, of Frankfort, has been indicted on a single third-degree felony charge of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, and a single fourth-degree count of assault.
According to the Ross County Prosecutor s Office, the initial incident took place on March 5th when an Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper witnessed a vehicle on 5th Street in the Village of Bainbridge with a license plate intended for a commercial trailer.
