COVID-19 UPDATE & CABINET DECISIONS TO ADDRESS THE SURGE!
JULY 5
Today as we celebrate Virgin Islands Day, I wish to extend greetings to everyone in these beautiful islands and to those joining us by radio and other social media platforms throughout the world.
In the Virgin Islands, as we have turned the page into the new month of July, it would appear that we have turned to a new page in our experience as a Territory, battling this dreaded COVID-19 disease. MTSU Testing Tornado Sirens Mar 01, 2021 at 11:31 am by WGNS
MTSU will continue its “first Monday” tornado–siren testing schedule for the 2020-21 academic. In fact, you may have heard tornado sirens on Monday morning at 11:20am (March 1, 2021).
MTSU tests its tornado sirens on campus and at the Miller Coliseum Complex each month, weather permitting, to ensure their proper operation. Each test lasts only a few moments, and safety actions aren’t required.
Again, tests were conducted on Monday morning at 11:20 (March 1, 2021).
The monthly day and time were chosen to help reduce distractions for classes and community neighbors.
The university will continue to notify the campus community before these monthly tests via social media, emails and posts at MTSUNews.com.
WSU remains committed to containing COVID‑19 and protecting our communities.

This effort will identify and mitigate the impact of COVID-19 in the WSU Pullman community as the university’s residential campus, the broader Pullman population, and students and faculty involved in clinical programs and patient subject research in Spokane.
All students living in Pullman are strongly encouraged to take advantage of arrival testing. Testing is just one way we can all help to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and help
