place over over the past three semesters, so this is our third semester working with covid protocols in place, whether it s the filtration or whether it s the kind of the vaccine mandate or whether it s actually the testing protocol. i think that los angeles, we have really one of the strongest testing protocols around, so even those positivity rates you just described, you know, today we re seeing lower numbers. it s about 13% for our students, 11%, just under 12% for our employees, so having people in school is safer for them and we think that s what s going to be shown as people return to our campuses. look, i know a lot of parents are appreciating you to fight to keep student in class as much as possible. we re seeing examples in, you know, minnesota and indiana, many other places, of schools having to pull back already from what they are seeing. for you, what is your measure at this point that would force you

april, was last seen on wednesday using a cane, quipping she wasn t able to move. how are you? well, as you can see, i can t move. reporter: for much of the pandemic, the queen has been shielding in windsor castle, but taking on more engagements and celebrating the start of her platinum jubilee. 70 years on the throne. i think i might just put a knife in it. reporter: tonight, the palace confirming the queen is continuing with her duties as head of state. her majesty keeping calm and carrying on. i think we probably won t see or hear anything until she s out of it and she s able to continue her duties without any restrictions. and lama joins us now in london. and i know there s been concern since prince charles tested positive, he d been with the queen and obviously families do get together, but beyond that, a lot of people are going to be wondering, any word of any protocol where people around the queen being routinely tested to protect her? reporter: david, we know th

Comparison of the In Vitro and In Vivo Electrochemical Performance of by Alexander R Harris, Carrie Newbold et al

The electrochemical performance of platinum electrodes was assessed in vitro and in vivo to determine the impact of electrode implantation and the relevance of in vitro testing in predicting in vivo behaviour. A significant change in electrochemical response was seen after electrode polarisation. As a result, initial in vitro measurements were poor predictors of subsequent measurements performed in vitro or in vivo. Charge storage capacity and charge density measurements from initial voltammetric measurements were not correlated with subsequent measurements. Electrode implantation also affected the electrochemical impedance. The typically reported impedance at 1 kHz was a very poor predictor of electrode performance. Lower frequencies were significantly more dependent on electrode properties, while higher frequencies were dependent on solution properties. Stronger correlations in impedance at low frequencies were seen between in vitro and in vivo measurements after electrode activation
