Picture: JONACANI LALAKOBAU FIJI Football Association chief executive officer Mohammed Yusuf has praised the efforts of district players and officials who are doing their part in ensuring that Fijians are protected during the current pandemic situation in the country. “A lot of our players and officials are members of the health ministry, the police the military and we are grateful and they put themselves in danger’s way every day and we should be thankful for their services and sacrifices,” Yusuf said. Police Services Response Unit and Rewa Football player Tevita Waranivalu was on duty at the checkpoint at Sawani yesterday.
