Who say the i.r.s. scandal is the most serious scandal right now, and if you ask tea party folks it goes up to 95%. they feel that their liberties are being violated by this government right now. so its pretty partisan. i dont see any damage really to obamas base, and in the fox poll when they -- people were asked, do you think it would have affected the election, its pretty strong, over 60% say they dont think it would have had any effect if the scandals had been known about before the election...
