Mr. Viroj Wongsathirayakhun, Executive Vice President Organization Effectiveness, represented Thaioil Public Company Limited to receive the 2022 Human Rights Awards in the category of business organisation with outstanding performance in human rights promotion from Mr.Somsak Thepsuthin, Minister of Justice. The Human Rights Award is presented annually to highlight work being done on human rights by the public sector, state enterprises and the private sector, including non-profit organisations that are deemed role models of good labor management for sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness. Thaioil PCL, led by Mr. Wirat Uanarumit (7th left), CEO and President, granted scholarships including Thaioil Group funds for educational institutions for 2022, comprising 247 scholarships and 11 educational institution funds from Thaioil Group. Totalling almost 2 million baht, the funds are for youths and schools around Sriracha District and Laem Chabang Municipality. The purpose of the scholarships is to support the quality of education and develop youth ability as they are part of nation’s future. The ceremony was held at Thaioil Auditorium.
