GRAND RAPIDS, MI The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted the restaurant industry in a big way, with state restrictions forcing the businesses to close their doors to all but takeout and delivery.
So late this summer, as Grand Rapids restauranter Joel Wabeke began thinking about how he could adapt his businesses to meet the new reality. The result: Quarantino’s, a Detroit-style pizza takeout and delivery shop located at 1444 Lake Dr. SE.
