Notices placed by Harrow Council in this week’s edition of the Harrow Times outline the intention to seek orders that will affect Milne Field and The Avenue, Headstone Lane and Streatfield Road. Milne Field, at its junction with Uxbridge Road, Hatch End, is set to be closed from 5pm on May 30 until 6am the following day for utility works. Pizza Express to recruit 1,000 workers months after mass closures

Share Pizza Express said it is now hiring as part of preparations for the next phases of reopening sites and easing restrictions in May and June. Concerns that someone could die at a car crash hotspot continues after a fourth reported car crashed in a residential road in recent months. Last night (April 18) at around 8.19pm marked the fourth car to crash at Royston Park Road, with one eyewitness claiming the car was a “write off”. Naren Hathi was diagnosed with a severe heart condition, endocarditis, and required urgent care at Harefield Hospital.
