New wedding venue opens up in Chaffee

CHAFFEE, N.Y. (WKBW) â The site where the beloved Earlâs Restaurant once stood is now a hub of love.
In 2019, the Armstrong family demolished the decades old restaurant and replaced it with a wedding venue.
âWe are so excited to host and celebrate all things love,â partner at Annex WNY, Stephane Armstrong said.
The Armstrong family broke ground on this property in February and now, they are booking tours and events. The 16 thousand square foot venue can host up 400 people.
âWeâre hoping thatâs sooner than later, but for now weâre abiding by all state mandates, another partner at Annex WNY, Samantha Armstrong said.
