Short term solutions. this particular solution, this sequestration allows both sides to have the melt down that they have been jockeying for and it is less impactful than a government shut down and probably less than breaching the debt ceiling. it is a managed risk here. i dont know that i agree with senator coburn that it is an entirely made up problem but i do think that it is something that is less impactful than a lot of the other fiscal debates that we have had. >> as is frequently the case...
