Have an outsized impact on what their party does? i mean, theres nobody more central to the power in that party than he is. hes a real advocate on this issue. historically is that the kind of thing that moves parties? >> it can. depends on the leaders. i think there is going to come a day in both our life times but it might be years from now when the republican party will come around on this. thats just where society is heading, but that might be a decade from now, it might be 15 years from now....
