mike: the man accused of murdering utah student, mckenzie lewis and setting her body on fire appearing in salt lake city courtroom for the first time tonight. correspondent has the reports. mike, mckenzie lewis disappeared five weeks ago today and that man accused of brutallg to say at his first court appearance. 31-year-old appeared on a closed circuit tv monitor alongside public defender to hear the judge read the charges against him from a murder, kidnapping, obstruction of justice and desecration of a human body. the hearing lasted over one minute and he did not enter a plea. some of mckenzie s friends set in the front row holding hands. we immediately lost our breath and holding hands.
