The quake and the disturbance to get to hawaii. if you look at the lines, thats another hour to get to about van kurve and maybe an hour and a half to get to seattle, portland, and then all of those coastal cities up and down the oe east coast a lot of sirens are going off on the west coast. that means you must get to higher ground. i know a five foot wave doesnt sound like much but when it comes on shore from charleston to crescent city at 7:23 a.m. and san francisco 8:00 pacific standard time ...

West coast is a tsunami warning issued from oregon to the washington border, moving down the coastline to california to point conception, which is just north of santa barbara in through -- they may have extended this to the mexican border at this point. it looks like this may have been expanded to the mexican border. were talking about a timeline of when its going to reach the u.s. west coast would be 7:00 a.m. pacific time. so pacific time, 7:00 a.m., that would be 10:00 a.m. eastern time here....

Sirens did go off in japan prior tots tsunami. hopefully some people had a chance to get out of the way. if you see how far this wave goes, i dont care how fast you drive or how quickly you get to your car, you may not be able to make it that far away, especially in the farming communities. i also have been told if -- if a tsunami was to reach california, at this hour we want give a warning, it would come at 7:00 a.m., if it comes here. there is the potential we could get a watch here in califor...
