Court documents regarding the settlements were sealed from the public, and attorneys for Hendry and the women he was accused of harassing didn’t provide a comment. The two lawsuits against Hendry date back to 2018 and resulted in him stepping down as the business agent of the International Alliance of Theatrical State Employees Local 480. He was also ousted as the president of the New Mexico Federation of Labor.
