The Vancouver Police Department (VPD) has reassigned two officers who were captured on video taking photos next to a dead body last week. After the incident occurred on February 25, footage of the officers was shared by Instagram user @zac.news. The Vancouver Park Board says that the Stanley Park Seawall will undergo a closure that could last two weeks due to damage caused by the last storm.

  VANCOUVER -- A section of the Stanley Park Seawall will be closed for up to two weeks after it was damaged by a recent winter storm.
