Funeral of electrocuted Palo Seco man on Saturday Friday 1 January 2021 DALE Williams had plans to spend time with his family at New Grant, on the outskirts of Princes Town, on New Year’s Day. Instead, his funeral is scheduled for Saturday at the family’s home at McLean Street. The 34-year-old Palo Seco resident was electrocuted at his home on Boxing Day when he touched a live electrical cable. He did not come home (New Grant) for the past few years. He promised to visit on Friday and looked at what happened, said a female relative, who requested anonymity. Hours after Williams died, Heritage Petroleum issued a media statement saying he came into contact with a live cable which was illegally connected to the company’s power supply at Rifle Range Road.
