And in that work we have seen tremendous results in a quick review of 30 cases that the alternative sentence planner had looked at. Of the 30 the initial offer had been prison. At the end of that nobody was sent to prison. So, we see a real changes in the way our office is conducting business and how that impacts the rest of the stream in criminal justice. And beyond that in the coming year, were looking to create a pretrial tool, an Assessment Tool to help us understand who needs to remain in custody during the pretrial portion of their case. You heard the public defender mention that a vast majority of people are in there for bail. There is also cases where we advocate for somebody to remain in custody and perhaps they are a low risk. But without a tool to help us assess what risk somebody is to the community is very difficult to make an informed decision about who should remain in custody during the pendency of their case.
