night, the water has gone over the dunes and onto this roadway we are walking on. obviously that is a concern for flooding in this area. it will come over the dunes as the storm gets closer to our area. sand is blowing over from the beach. for folks who decided to stay here, emergency personnel said they would take all of the people off of the street when the twins got to 50 miles per hour sustained. we are at that point. we have not seen any police officers, firefighters, or emergency...
